A: Chickasaw Banc Holding Company, a bank holding company for Chickasaw Community Bank in Oklahoma City. Chickasaw Community Bank, headquartered in Oklahoma City, is full service financial institution offering a diverse array of checking accounts, savings accounts, investment products, mortgages and lending services to individuals and businesses across the region. The bank is a leading provider of the HUD 184 Native American home loans in the nation and has been rated a 5-star bank by Bauer Financial and a Top Place to Work in Oklahoma by the Daily Oklahoman six times. Chickasaw Community Bank is financially strong and secure with total assets of $470 million as of December 31, 2024.

Q: Does Chickasaw Community Bank only serve customers within the Chickasaw Nation?

A: No, Chickasaw Community Bank is here to serve everyone. While rooted in tribal history, Chickasaw Community Bank has a strong commitment to offering competitive banking services and building more vibrant communities wherever they serve. The bank was established in 2002 to bring to fruition Governor Bill Anoatubby’s vision of a tribally owned bank to uniquely meet the needs of Indian Country and the greater community, and to “Build Better Lives for Everyone”.

Q: Why is Oklahoma Heritage Bank joining with Chickasaw Community Bank?

Q: Who will be taking care of my banking business?

A: Chickasaw Community Bank plans no changes in team members, locations or services as a result of this acquisition. You can look forward to working with the same team of dedicated professionals in all our banking offices. Dustin Riddle will continue to serve as bank president.

Q: Will the name Oklahoma Heritage Bank change?

A: Yes, Oklahoma Heritage Bank will operate as Chickasaw Community Bank when the transaction is complete, with an anticipated timeframe of late in the 2nd quarter or in the 3rd quarter of 2025. We look forward to operating under the Chickasaw Community Bank brand - leveraging Chickasaw Community Bank’s strong heritage as a leading financial institution offering top-tier, community-focused banking and lending services, rooted in the Chickasaw tribal history.

When the acquisition is complete, tentatively expected to occur late in the 2nd quarter or in the 3rd quarter of 2025, the signs on branches, website, apps, and documents will reflect Chickasaw Community Bank, but you will not need to take any action or make any changes in your banking activity.

Q: Can I conduct banking transactions at Chickasaw Community Bank in Oklahoma City?

A: Yes, when the acquisition is complete, you can conduct business at Chickasaw Community Bank in Oklahoma City if it is convenient for you to do so while you are traveling in the area.

Q. Will there be any changes to the banking systems in the future?

A: We anticipate we will combine our banking systems in the second half of 2026. We will communicate what this systems integration means to you well in advance of any changes.

Q: Do I need to make any changes to my banking now?

A: You can continue banking as usual, using the same online banking and mobile banking, debit cards, checks, and other services. In the second half of 2026, we will communicate any changes that will occur with the combination of banking systems.
